DOWNLOADING FROM THE NEW WEBSITE
With the introduction of the new Adroit website, it is now necessary to REGISTER and LOGIN before you are able TO DOWNLOAD files.
This is so we can keep track on which downloads you find to be the most useful, so we can better improve the support and assistance that we provide you. You can log in and/or register by using the Client Login section of the Adroit website, which is indicated by the purple annotation in the screenshot below:
To login, you need to specify your Email address and your password and then click the Login button. After logging in, use the following procedure to download files from the Adroit website:
Note: This procedure downloads an Adroit version 7.0 update from the Adroit website. Tip: Click the Back button (in the lower left corner of each screen) to return to the previous screen.
1) Select the Support menu from the main page (the 5th menu between Services and Products).
2) Select the Downloads option and the Updates option from its menu and the Adroit option from its menu and the Adroit 7.0 from its menu.
OR BYPASS steps 1 and 2 by pasting the following URL into your internet browser: http://www.adroit.co.za/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&Itemid=180&task=viewcategory&catid=24
This displays the list of all the available update files for Adroit 7.0.
3) Check the checkbox of the file/s that you want to download.
In the following screenshot, the checkbox of the full 7.0.5.1 CRITICAL Update is checked, as indicated by the purple annotation.
Tip: If you want to download ALL the files on the selected page then check the Select all files checkbox, in the upper right section of the screenshot.
4) Click the Continue button, which is in the lower right corner of the screenshot.This displays a list of the selected files.
5) Click the Download button to download the selected file/s.
If more than one file is selected for download, then these files are added to a single ZIP file, which uses the following naming convention: downloads_?????????.zip
