ADROIT SOLUTION FOR MANGANESE MINES
Adroit Technologies provides an integrated solution consisting of Adroit and SCADA intelligence. The newest edition to the Adroit suite has been commissioned to be implemented at these manganese mines The solution will involve the unification of all the currently standalone Adroit SCADA servers into a global project. The client connection architecture will be centralized at the central data centre which will provide a unified project distribution mechanism to the client installations which in turn will reduce the current engineering time requirement to synchronize the clients post any changes to the system.
This warehouse will also provide the mechanism to port data to the upper layer management systems and finally the enterprise BI tool. During this unification process Adroit Technologies Technical Services(ATTS) will also provide a best practices guide to the customer with suggested changes to the existing adroit projects which will help future-proof the solution and ensure the readiness of the system for the second phase transition to the new Adroit Smart User Interface architecture. Phase one of the project will entail the restructuring of the current agent naming convention to enable the use of the proxy mechanism within Adroit to centralize the project at the central data centre. During this phase, ATTS will also install and configure the Adroit SCADA Intelligence product to record and make available all the required production data and incident records.
