1. Why do I not see all the controls when viewing my graphic forms in the Operator?

Answer:
- This problem may occur when the Operator is installed remotely by using the Launcher application.
- In this case, these controls rely on plugins that have not been installed because they are not included in the folder specified by the distribution service.
- By default, the folder specified by the distribution service contains all the standard files required to install the Operator, including the standard set of plugins.
- If, however, your graphic forms require additional plugins (such as the Nine Rays plugin) then ensure that these plugins are ALSO copied to the folder specified by the distribution service.

Note: Always test whether the distribution service is sending all the required files for the required applications by running the Launcher on a clean computer.
